The changing of competition in the future of car manufacturer is decided by many factors. In Germany as an example, we think that the reason that European car manufacturer is keen on pushing turbocharger is the European car manufacturer is forced to look for the solution with lower carbon emission as the strict limit of carbon emission of mid-term, and turbocharger is easy to reach.

Although energy-saving and emission-reduction of turbocharger is not very obvious, in fact the situation of policy guides technology is normal. Compared to European, Japanese, American and Chinese policy , we found that although European is force to develop turbocharger as the limit of carbon emission of mid-term, now China offers the best market environment for turbocharger, Car manufacturer who offers turbocharger can get competitive advantage immediately.

But in fact there are many factors to influence consumers ‘preference. We get confirmation from domestic to support our opinion a lot.We still persist that turbocharger will continue to bring competitive changing.

According to different car manufacturers have different market sales percentage in the world and technology trend. We think Ford,General Motors, PSA, Hyundai and Kia ETC not Japanese cars are more possible to push turbocharger in China, and Japan is in two minds. Of course more accurate way is tracking, To understand according to current situation,in Join venture car manufacturer , Ford, General Motor, PSA, Hyundai and Kia will push turbocharger in China greatly one by one. Nissan is possible also. 

For independent brand, domestic market is core factor to consider, main car manufacturer will push turbocharger one by one, there is no big difference on pushing timing. So it is very difficult to cause structural differentiation as this technology.

For join venture brand, we think VW will get pressure of the rate of profits and market share as more competitors entering the market.The early market is compared to current market, there is  no big difference under the competitive environment of Toyota and Honda.Ford , General Motor, PSA ,Hyundai , Kia and Nissan will enjoy high profits and market share of turbocharger market one by one.For Toyota and Honda, the uncertainty in the future is that if the hybrid technology can bring it from the bottom, we are not sure about it.
